The Best 5-Bean Salad

This 5-Bean Salad combines black, pinto, garbanzo, cannellini, and kidney beans with green peppers, pimentos, and red onions in a sweet dressing that ties it all together in the most delicious way!

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 c. celery diced
  • 1 c. red onion diced
  • 1 4 oz jar pimentos
  • 1/2 c. Truvia Baking Blend
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse beans.
  2. Combine drained beans, pepper, celery, onion, and pimentos in a large bowl.
  3. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and pour over bean mixture.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
