Ingredients
Crust
2c.Simple Truth flour
3/4c.buttersoftened
1/3c.Simple Truth sugar
Pumpkin Layer
1eggbeaten slightly
1 14oz.can Simple Truth Pumpkin Puree
3/4c.Simple Truth sugar
1Tbsp.pumpkin pie spice
1/2tsp.salt
Pecan Pie Layer
2eggsbeaten slightly
1c.Simple Truth sugar
1c.light corn syrup
2Tbsp.buttermelted
1tsp.vanilla
2c.Simple Truth chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine ingredients for crust in a medium mixing bowl; press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees.
In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for pumpkin layer and stir until mixed.
Spread pumpkin mixture evenly over baked crust.
Combine ingredients for pecan pie layer and stir until mixed.
