Mediterranean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 c. diced kalamata olives
  • 1/4 c. diced purple onion
  • 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano finely minced (or 1 tsp. dried)
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix gently to combine.
