Combine chocolate chips and Nutella in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.

Combine cereal and 1/2 c. dried cherries in a large paper grocery bag. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture and shake to coat.

Add half of powdered sugar and shake; add additional 1/2 c. dried cherries and other half of powdered sugar and shake to coat.
