Lemon Birds' Nests
These Lemon Birds' Nest Treats are the perfect sweet treats for Easter! Made with crunchy chow mein noodles covered in lemony white chocolate and topped with 3 Lemonhead birds' eggs, they're cute, simple, and delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 c. chow mein noodles
- 16 oz. Vanilla Candiquik *reserve 1 oz.
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- Lemonheads candy
Instructions
- Melt 15 oz. Candiquik over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add lemon extract and stir to combine.
- Stir in chow mein noodles to coat.
- Spoon into "nests" on wax paper (approx. 2 inches each).
- Melt additional 1 oz. Candiquik over low heat; top each nest with a small amount and place 3 Lemonheads on top.
- Allow nests to cool and harden on the counter top or in the refrigerator.
