Ingredients
Enchilada Tostadas

8 inch flour tortillas

shredded rotisserie chicken
½
c.
enchilada sauce
½
c.
shredded cheese
sliced jalapenos
chopped fresh cilantro
Avocado Crema
1
avocado
mashed
½
c.
plain Greek yogurt
½
tsp.
kosher salt

tsp.
lime juice
¼
c.
fresh cilantro
chopped

minced
Instructions
Assemble tostadas by topping each tortilla with ¾ c. shredded chicken, 2 Tbsp. enchilada sauce, and 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
For the avocado crema:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until well-blended.
