No-Bake S'mores Brownie Cheesecake Bars

  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • c. mini chocolate chips
  • c. Jet-Puffed Mallow Bits
  • c. butter softened
  • 3 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 oz. meltable chocolate


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and unsweetened chocolate; cook and stir over low heat until just boiling.
  2. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla and most of the graham cracker crumbs (reserve 2 Tbsp).
  4. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8x8 inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle with ⅓ c. mini chocolate chips, ⅓ c. Mallow bits, and remaining 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs and press down gently into the bars.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. In a medium bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar and beat with electric mixer until smooth.
  8. Spread over chilled bars; drizzle with melted chocolate and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
