White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Bark

  • 16 oz. white chocolate I used Vanilla Candiquik
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 c. dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt


  1. Melt white chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in macadamia nuts, cranberries, and Rice Krispies.
  3. Spread to desired thickness on wax paper or parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
  5. Cool at room temperature until set.
