Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. black olives
  • 2/3 c. pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 2 tsp. stone ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil

Instructions

  • Combine black and green olives in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Remove to a bowl.
  • Combine olive oil, garlic cloves, capers, mustard, and seasonings in a food processor and process until garlic and capers are minced.
  • Pour olive oil mixture over olives and stir until combined.
