Olive Tapenade

  • 1 ⅓ c. black olives
  • c. pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • c. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 2 tsp. stone ground mustard
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. dried basil


  1. Combine black and green olives in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Remove to a bowl.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic cloves, capers, mustard, and seasonings in a food processor and process until garlic and capers are minced.
  3. Pour olive oil mixture over olives and stir until combined.
