Ingredients

black olives
2/3
c.
pimiento-stuffed green olives
1/3
c.
olive oil
4
cloves
garlic

capers

tsp.
stone ground mustard

tsp.
dried thyme
1/2
tsp.
dried basil
Instructions
Combine black and green olives in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Remove to a bowl.
Combine olive oil, garlic cloves, capers, mustard, and seasonings in a food processor and process until garlic and capers are minced.
Pour olive oil mixture over olives and stir until combined.
