No Churn Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream

No-Churn Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream combines two classic flavors in one deliciously sweet, creamy treat that's perfect for summer!

  • 3 ½ c. frozen sweet cherries
  • 2 c. cold whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla


  1. Puree 3 c. frozen cherries in a blender; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  3. In a separate [cold] mixing bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, then gently fold in pureed cherries.
  5. Pour mixture into loaf pan; add remaining whole cherries.
  6. Press wax paper against the surface of the ice cream; freeze until solid.
