Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal is loaded with fresh apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar, then baked to creamy perfection. Perfect for busy weekday mornings....just in time for back to school!

  • 3 c. Roundy's Old Fashioned Oats
  • 6 c. milk
  • 1 c. packed Roundy's Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 large Roundy's eggs beaten
  • 2 c. peeled diced apples
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • For topping:
  • 1/4 c. Roundy's Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 Tbsp. Roundy's Light Brown Sugar


  1. Combine oats, milk, brown sugar, salt & eggs in a large saucepan. Mix well; simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly until thickened, 15-20 min.
  2. While oatmeal cooks, grease a 9x13 inch pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. When oatmeal is thickened, add apples and cinnamon and stir to evenly distribute.
  4. Pour oatmeal mixture into prepared pan, top with oats and brown sugar, and bake 30 minutes or until oatmeal is set.
  5. For each serving: Place a portion of oatmeal in a bowl and top with warm milk and additional brown sugar as desired.
  6. *Oatmeal stores and reheats well.
