In a medium mixing bowl, combine almonds, honey, butter, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
Stir until almonds are well coated.
Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes, then toss with granulated sugar.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
