- 2 c. raw almonds
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary minced
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Stir until almonds are well coated.
Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool completely. Sprinkle with additional kosher salt as desired.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
