Rosemary Olive Oil Roasted Almonds - so easy to make, and perfect for holiday gifting!

  • 2 c. raw almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until almonds are well coated.
  3. Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven; cool completely. Sprinkle with additional kosher salt as desired.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
