Sugared Cranberries

Sugared Cranberries are the ultimate holiday treat! Perfect for snacking, decorating desserts, or garnishing drinks....and they couldn't be easier to make!

  • 3 c. sugar divided
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. fresh cranberries


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 c. sugar and 2 c. water.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Pour fresh cranberries into a medium bowl; pour sugar water over cranberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Strain cranberries and roll in remaining 1 c. sugar to coat.
  7. Spread cranberries in a single layer to dry.
  8. Perfect for snacking, garnishing drinks, or topping desserts.
