Ingredients
4c.mixed greens
1/2nectarinethinly sliced
1/2plumthinly sliced
1/4c.pecans
1/4c.blue cheese
For dressing:
1/3c.olive oil
1/3c.balsamic vinegar
1/2Tbsp.honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2tsp.pepper
1/4tsp.salt
Instructions
Prepare salad by layering mixed greens, plums, nectarines, pecans, and blue cheese.
Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients in a small mason jar and shaking vigorously.
