Mushroom Bacon Swiss Crostini

  • 12 baguette slices toasted
  • 1 c. button mushrooms quartered
  • 4 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package of spreadable Swiss cheese I used The Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss with Garlic & Herbs
  • fresh thyme


  1. Saute mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil until tender.
  2. Spread cheese on baguette slices, then top with mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and a small sprig of fresh thyme.
