Ingredients

butter

Crystal Farms Pepper Jack Cheese
shredded

sour cream

flour

baking powder

salt
Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Let stand 2-3 minutes.
Add sour cream, flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until combined.
Drop into 24 lightly greased muffin cups.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
