Easy Cheesy Muffin Tin Biscuits

  • 1 cup butter
  • 8 oz. Crystal Farms Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt


  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Let stand 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sour cream, flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until combined.
  4. Drop into 24 lightly greased muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
