Ingredients

15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed

jalapeno pepper
seeded and minced

diced red onion

diced yellow pepper

chopped grape tomatoes

chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime

olive oil

kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix.
Serve with tortilla chips or on top of chicken, fish, or tacos.
