This simple Asparagus Goat Cheese Flatbread is easy to make, ready in just 10 minutes, and loaded with delicious flavor! The perfect appetizer for spring & summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 bunch asparagus ends trimmed
  • 2 ½ oz. goat cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • balsamic vinegar for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Top flatbreads with asparagus, goat cheese, and pine nuts.
  2. Drizzle generously with olive oil and top with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven; drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
