Lox Avocado Toast is a quick and easy breakfast for those on-the-run days. This packed protein meal is full of flavor and delicious rich avocado.

Lox Avocado Toast

  • 1 piece bread toasted
  • ½ large avocado
  • 2-3 small pieces lox
  • 3 to mato slices
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste


  1. Mash avocado half and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread on top of toast.
  3. Top with lox, tomato slices, capers, and additional salt and pepper to taste.
