Blender Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 c. tomatoes quartered (approx. 6 small tomatoes)
  • 1/2 c. red onion approx. 1/2 onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 c. fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno cut into 6-8 pieces (*remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender.
  • Pulse 6 times or until desired consistency.
