Peaches & Cream Kabobs

Simple, delicious Peaches & Cream Kabobs! This fun dessert combines fresh peaches, pound cake, whipped cream, and a drizzle of honey for a sweet treat that screams summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf pound cake edges trimmed
  • 4-6 fresh peaches
  • honey
  • whipped cream
  • For whipped cream:
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream very cold
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut pound cake into cubes.
  2. Cut peaches into pieces of similar size.
  3. Alternate pound cake and peaches on skewers.
  4. Drizzle with honey and serve with whipped cream.
  5. For whipped cream:
  6. Combine whipping cream and sugar in a chilled mixing bowl. Mix on low speed to dissolve sugar, then on high speed until mixture is light and fluffy and has doubled in volume.
