Peaches & Cream Kabobs

Simple, delicious Peaches & Cream Kabobs! This fun dessert combines fresh peaches, pound cake, whipped cream, and a drizzle of honey for a sweet treat that screams summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf pound cake edges trimmed
  • 4-6 fresh peaches
  • honey
  • whipped cream
  • For whipped cream:
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream very cold
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  • Cut pound cake into cubes.
  • Cut peaches into pieces of similar size.
  • Alternate pound cake and peaches on skewers.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve with whipped cream.
  • For whipped cream:
  • Combine whipping cream and sugar in a chilled mixing bowl. Mix on low speed to dissolve sugar, then on high speed until mixture is light and fluffy and has doubled in volume.
