Ingredients
1loaf pound cakeedges trimmed
4-6fresh peaches
honey
whipped cream
For whipped cream:
1c.heavy whipping creamvery cold
1Tbsp.sugar
Instructions
Cut pound cake into cubes.
Cut peaches into pieces of similar size.
Alternate pound cake and peaches on skewers.
Drizzle with honey and serve with whipped cream.
For whipped cream:
Combine whipping cream and sugar in a chilled mixing bowl. Mix on low speed to dissolve sugar, then on high speed until mixture is light and fluffy and has doubled in volume.
