Honeycomb Marshmallow Treats

  • 4 ½ cup Honeycomb Cereal
  • 1 10 ounce bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey add more for more honey flavor


  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in marshmallows until completely melted.
  3. Add peanuts and honey and stir to combine.
  4. Add cereal to pan and stir quickly to coat.
  5. Press immediately into an 8x8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick spray.
  6. Let stand to cool.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
