In a small saucepan, combine 1 stick butter, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 Tbsp. corn syrup, and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
Heat, stirring, until butter is completely melted. Pour mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and lemon curd and mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread mixture evenly over 5 pieces of bread; top each with another piece of bread and place in a single layer in the pan. (*Cut bread as necessary to fit)
In a separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, and half & half. Whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over bread in pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (optional) or bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
Remove from oven; dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries. Drizzle with berry sauce as desired.
