Harvest Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/4 c. 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1/4 c. golden raisins
  • 1 c. craisins

Instructions

  1. Toss the oats and almonds in a bowl.
  2. Combine the butter, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle the butter mixture over the oats and mix to combine.
  3. Spread the entire mixture on a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Stir in coconut.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes longer, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven. Stir in raisins and craisins. Let stand until cool.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
