Enchilada Tostadas

8 inch flour tortillas
3
c.
shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2
c.
enchilada sauce
1/2
c.
shredded cheese
sliced jalapenos
chopped fresh cilantro
Avocado Crema
1
avocado
mashed
1/2
c.
plain Greek yogurt
1/2
tsp.
kosher salt
1
tsp.
lime juice
1/4
c.
fresh cilantro
chopped

Instructions
Assemble tostadas by topping each tortilla with 3/4 c. shredded chicken, 2 Tbsp. enchilada sauce, and 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
For the avocado crema:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until well-blended.
