Caramelized Figs with Whipped Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 15 fresh figs
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from figs; slice in half lengthwise
  2. Saute over medium heat with 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon until mixture becomes caramelized.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. In a small bowl, whip cream cheese, 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
  5. Top figs with cream cheese and enjoy!
