diced tomato

shredded cheese

chopped avocado

grilled corn

black beans
onion rings
frozen or homemade
BBQ sauce
Ranch dressing

medium yellow onion

flour

Tbsp.
milk

egg

Tbsp.
oil
Instructions
Fill tortilla with chicken, cheese, vegetables, and onion rings.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce and Ranch dressing, to taste.
Onion Rings
Cut onion into thin rings.
Combine flour, milk, egg, and oil until smooth.
Using a fork, dip onion rings into batter.
Fry onion rings in a single layer in hot oil 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
