Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. canned pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mug, reserving a few chocolate chips.
  2. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Microwave on high power 2 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining chocolate chips and enjoy!
