Bronut Bites {Brioche Donut Bites}

Ingredients

  • 2 c. brioche bread cubes
  • 1 c. canola oil for frying
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. sprinkles

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large wok.
  • Drop bread cubes in and fry 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove bread cubes from oil; place on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
  • Dust generously with powdered sugar and sprinkles.
  • Enjoy!
