Cinnamon Honey Roasted Almonds - so easy to make, and perfect for holiday gifting!

Ingredients

  • 2 c. raw almonds
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2-3 Tbsp. granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almonds, honey, butter, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  2. Stir until almonds are well coated.
  3. Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes, then toss with granulated sugar.
  6. Cool completely and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
