Bacon Avocado Taco Boats

Ingredients

  • 1 package 12 count Old El Paso Mini Soft Tortilla Taco Boats
  • 2 c. chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 2 large avocados cubed
  • 6 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 c. fresh corn salsa
  • 1/2 c. crumbled queso fresco
  • sriracha mayo to taste

Instructions

  • Divide toppings evenly among taco boats.
  • Prepare sriracha mayo by combining 1/2 c. mayo with 1 Tbsp. sriracha sauce (or to taste).
  • Drizzle tacos with mayo as desired.
  • Enjoy!
