Ingredients

14.5 oz. cans chicken broth
1
15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1
15 oz. can pinto beans, undrained
1
15 oz. can black beans, undrained
1
15 oz. can refried beans
1
15 oz. can sweet corn, undrained
1
8 oz. can diced green chiles
1
package taco seasoning

c.
uncooked quinoa
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot; stir.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer and cover.
Simmer 20-30 minutes or until quinoa is cooked.
*Quinoa will expand during cooking and is soft and translucent when cooked through.
