Ingredients
1Tbsp.butter
1Tbsp.olive oil
6oz.mushroomsI used button mushrooms, halved, quartered, or sliced
1green onionsliced
1/4tsp.dried marjoram
1/8tsp.salt
1/8tsp.pepper
1/2c.vegetable or chicken broth
1/2c.marsala cooking wine
1package16 oz. potato gnocchi
Instructions
Melt butter and olive oil in a large covered skillet over medium heat (leave uncovered at this point).
Add mushrooms, sliced green onions, marjoram, salt & pepper.
Saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add broth, marsala cooking wine, and gnocchi.
Increase heat to high; cover and cook 3 minutes on high.
