Ingredients

flatbread
I used naan

tsp.
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
minced

pieces
bacon
cooked

eggs
1/4
c.
shaved Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley
Instructions
Drizzle flatbread with 1/2 tsp. olive oil and minced garlic and heat in a skillet or oven until lightly toasted.
Top with chopped, cooked bacon.
Prepare eggs over easy and season them with salt and pepper; place on top of bacon.
Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
