Game Day Veggie Kabobs are so easy to make and perfect for the big game! Quick and simple, this is guaranteed to have everyone eating their veggies!

So. The big game is almost here! Are you excited!?!? If you know me, you know that I’m anything but a football fanatic. But. Give me any reason to get together with friends and family…and I’m in! Which means you better believe I’m excited. Bring it on!

We haven’t made any plans yet…although I’m sure they’ll fall into place shortly. But we’re facing a bit of an issue this year. And that issue is ELLIA! Ellia has recently become a huge football lover, and I mean she LOVES it. Not only does she follow our team with intensity, and know exactly who’s injured and what everyone’s record is, but she follows other teams, too. And watches as many games as we’ll let her. And wants to be right in the middle of the action and conversation.

Now, I understand this might not seem like an issue. And honestly, it’s not. Except for the fact that we can no longer count on any amount of “adult time” during a football game….which means that if we have friends over for the big game, we have to be ready to deal with ALL the kids. And I’m just not sure we’re ready for that.

Game Day Veggie Kabobs – Touchdown!!

So when the big game comes, we’ll have to choose our companions carefully. And we’ll have to make sure that whatever kind of party we throw is family-friendly! Meaning football-themed decor and a kid-friendly wager and, of course, extra fun, kid-friendly snacks. Like these Game Day Veggie Kabobs!

Honestly, why NOT make these Game Day Veggie Kabobs with matching game day dip cups? They couldn’t be easier to put together, and when you pair them with Marzetti® Veggie Dip, they couldn’t be more delicious! I love the variety of flavors and the fact that their dips are so thick and creamy.

I made these Game Day Veggie Kabobs for one of the playoff games and my kids LOVED them! They gobbled them up, in fact, because Marzetti® Veggie Dip makes vegetables taste better. Plain and simple. So the kids ate their veggies and were happy as could be. Which felt like a major win for all of us.

HI Donna! So glad you like them! The little cups & tape were from Target, and I ordered the toothpicks on Amazon. I believe party stores would also carry something similar. Good luck!

I love veggies and dip – it’s the classic appetizer and on the healthier side too! Love how you displayed the dip – go Vikings – oh wait – they didn’t make the playoffs-hehehe
