These Pumpkin Spice M&M Cookies are everything you would want in an M&M cookie, with the added touch of pumpkin spice. So good…you won’t be able to eat just one!

Pumpkin Spice M&M Cookies. Yum!!

Well, it has officially started. The countdown to Halloween!! I know, I know….I am a little late to the game. Many of you have probably been counting down for weeks now. But around here, we’re a little late to everything….and holidays are no exception!

Pumpkin Spice M&M Cookies. Yum!!

So, this past weekend we (finally) put up some decorations, the girls went to their first Halloween party, and we had our first round of trick or treating. With Grandma & Grandpa and all the aunts and uncles and cousins. And just like that…Halloween is upon us!

The good news is, even though we are late to the game, we still have a whole lot of Halloween ahead of us. School parties, pumpkin carving, trick or treat in our neighborhood….and a Halloween party at our house! Yep, we are going all out this year. And the girls could NOT be more excited.

Pumpkin Spice M&M Cookies. Yum!!

Of course….for me, it involves a little more work (house cleaning, grocery shopping, food prep…..) but I’m committed to keeping it simple. So that I can have fun, too! One thing I know for sure is that I MUST have a giant plate of these cookies. Because pumpkin spice. And M&M’s! It’s the perfect combo, and honestly? Cookies make everything better. Even Halloween.

We’re a little late to the game, too. We hardly have any decorations up in the house and haven’t even thought about carving pumpkins yet! We do have costumes though, so we’re partway there. I love the twist of pumpkin spice in these M&M cookies.

Great idea to add the pumpkin spice for a seasonal twist!
We’re so late to the game, it isn’t even worth going! lol
Completely forgot to decorate for fall or even buy any pumpkins. So far, the kids haven’t asked about carving pumpkins so we’re skipping it this year! If they’ve forgotten, I figure it is no big deal!
